Hi I joined this gym before 10 days with my wife. Gym is very well equipped with all equipments. Treadmill, efs, cycling, cross fit equipments, tire flip and what not. This will be the perfect place to muscle gain and weight loss .for women there are women trainers but on specific timings only. They track every individual performance and separate track sheet is there.
